Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie

These cookies are the perfect little sweet treat. Super easy to make and full of clean eating ingredients!


- 1 cup unsalted Almond Butter
- 3/4 cup Sucanant (organic sugar)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3 oz dark chocolate or chocolate chips



Preheat oven to 350°
Mix first five ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto lined baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 min or until lightly browned. Let cool and enjoy!!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Brownie

These CLEAN and healthy brownies are chocolatey, fudgey and just delicious. I found a recipe and then changed some ingredients, like always haha...but they are great!!


- 4 oz dark chocolate chips
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 Tbspn unsweetened dark Coacoa powder
- 3 Tbspn room temp organic butter
- 2 teaspoons Stevia
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbspn natural Laurel's Butter



Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave until melted and stir to combine. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and combine. Then pour in the remaining dry ingredients until just combined, do not over mix the batter. Spray and pour batter in appropriate size pan (I used a big loaf pan). Working in small dollops, dot surface of batter with peanut butter. Use a butter knife to swirl peanut butter through batter. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Cool and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Stop what you are doing and make this now, you will thank me problem.


- 2 frozen bananas sliced
- 2 Tbspn Laurel's Natural Peanut Butter



Blend frozen bananas in blender, scraping down sides until smooth like soft ice cream. Add peanut butter and blend. You can eat it just like that as soft ice cream or put it in the freezer and let it harden up!
Ohhhh man, there are so many different flavors you can make....this is only the beginning!
